case? ZOR offers a unique in house service on the Samurai t-case. Fixed labor at $305. Parts extra. We have all genuine parts available and can even build you a totally brand new t-case with aftermarket or stock gears, NO core required.
Repair broken bolts (may be extra charge)
Install bearings and gear sets (extra charge for parts)
We stock ONLY Suzuki Genuine Parts used exclusively in our ZuksOffRoad T-case/Transmission rebuild services. Even the hard to find parts.
Twin stick preparation (no charge)
To send in your case for rebuilding, drain all the oil out of the
case and remove the shift handle. Wrap the case with rags or a towel
to absorb any residual oil. Then cover with at least 1" of bubble
wrap. Place the wrapped case in to a box. Please include your full
name, address, and phone number inside the box. Then place your order by calling the office. Ship your transfer
case to us. Normal turn around time is 10-14 days.

OPTIONS TO PURCHASE: Pay for cart and a label will be emailed to you for shipping 1 t-case to us. Shipping back will be collected when shipped. OR when you ship to us at your expense, we charge for the service and return shipping.
