Heavy Duty Steering Drag Link to eliminate Z-link

Heavy Duty Steering Tie Rod to eliminate exposed weak tie rod! 


Constructed with 1.250" DOM tubing with .250" wall. Weld in bungs are reinforced with weld on outer sleeves. 

FJ80 Ball Joints (aka 1 ton tie rod ends). All Hardware. Heavy cast steel steering arm(s). 
Passenger side steering arm to pitman arm for SPOA (SPring Over Axle) applications. Bolted thru Caliper to maintain proper Ackerman steering unlike a Z link. 
Driver side arm connect knuckle to knuckle putting the tie rod up and above the springs. 

Warning some companies perches on top of axle are too tall. Call MY of your spring plates are 2” or higher above top of axle. 


 
Yea this is overkill. It's why we are called ZukOffRoad. We have witnessed first hand out on the trails, what happens to small car ball joints, Z-links, small tubing with threaded ends. This is a high quality steering drag link and or tie rod system that is designed to withstand what you can throw at it. 

Custom lengths available upon request. For Suzuki Samurai steering knuckles and stock disc brake calipers. SOLD AS a DIY kit that you the customer welds up.  OR an optional pre-welded complete kit.

We even will loan you the taper reamer tool shown on our youtube channel for this product. Your deposit is returned after you ship the tool back to us in good condition.
