1.6 EFI Engine swaps require 1.6 adapters and ZOR uses and ONLY recommends the latest Petroworks kit that rubber mounts the 1.6 engine inches below the hood for lowered Center Of Gravity and NO vibrations.

OBD1 91/95 TBI 1.6 8V (Dash and Engine Compartment with Injector Whip)
OBD1 92/95 MPFI 1.6 16v (Dash and Engine Compartment with Injector Whip)
OBD2 96/98 MPFI (Headlight to Taillight w/2nd O2 sensor and Fuel Tan Pressure Sensor)
All models TBI and MPFI from 1991 on require a VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor). Adding a VSS to your Samurai cluster tells the ECU how fast you are going for engine fuel control. Additional $40 to install your supplied VSS (metal encased reed switch as shown n pic NOT white plastic version) into your supplied Samurai cluster.
Additional $25 to provide VSS if you can NOT provide.
If you remove tape prior to shipping here PLEASE LEAVE FIRE WALL GROMMETS ON. LEAVE THE SAMURAI HARNESS ALONE AND IN THE SAMURAI!

FOR BEST PRICING AND FASTER TURN AROUND-Send your un-taped* complete uncut harness from your donor vehicle along with the fuse block that is mounted near the ECU, The ECU, The relays located near ECU to ZuksOffRoad.com. ALL OBD2 (1996-1998) require harness from head light to tail light with second O2 sensor and Fuel tank whip, no exceptions. If the factory installed it, do NOT eliminate it, i.e. FTPS, ADVANCED PURGE VALVES, ETC!
